1. Information We Collect
- From Shopify APIs: Order data (ID, status, phone number, timestamps), merchant account info (store name, domain, email).
- From Merchants Directly: Merchant name, email, WhatsApp/phone integration settings.
- From Customers: Phone number, order status updates. No tracking cookies or analytics.
2. How We Use the Information
- Send WhatsApp messages for order events.
- Configure and manage merchant app functionality.
- Troubleshoot and support the app.
- We never use data for marketing or profiling.
3. Data Retention
- Order/message data: kept up to 90 days.
- Merchant details: kept until uninstall or deletion request.
4. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed/stored outside your country with encryption and secure access in compliance with privacy laws.
5. Rights of Individuals
Merchants/customers may request data access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Contact us via email or dashboard.

Instruction Notes
1) Install & Connect
- Install the app from Shopify Admin.
- Open the app and go to "Getting Started".
- Connect WhatsApp via Cloud API or provider, enter credentials, and verify number.
- Configure locale, timezone, store info, and display name.
2) Templates & Variables
Edit templates with variables ({customer_first_name}, {order_number}, etc.). Preview and save. Ensure approval if using WhatsApp Cloud API.
3) Triggers
- Order Created: Send after checkout, optional delay.
- Order Fulfilled: Include tracking link & carrier.
- Draft Reminder: Send after X hours with checkout link.
- Order Canceled: Notify instantly with reason if available.
4) Targeting & Rules
Filter by order tags, exclude test orders, choose fulfillment behavior, set minimum values, etc.
5) Compliance & Consent
Send only to customers with valid phone numbers and consent. Provide opt-out options. Respect regional rules.
6) Test & Launch
Create test orders, verify all triggers, check delivery logs, and retry failed sends.
7) Monitor & Optimize
Review analytics, A/B test messages, optimize targeting and templates.
