1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue its use.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify account and necessary permissions to install third-party apps. By using the app, you represent that you are legally authorized to bind your store or organization.

3. App Functionality

  • The app sends WhatsApp notifications for order events such as creation, fulfillment, drafts, and cancellations.
  • Merchants configure message templates, triggers, and settings.
  • The app requires valid WhatsApp/phone integration to function properly.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer phone numbers and consent are valid before sending messages.
  • Configure and review templates responsibly to comply with WhatsApp policies.
  • Do not use the app for spam, unsolicited marketing, or illegal activities.

5. Data Usage

We process order and customer information only to deliver WhatsApp alerts. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Some features may require paid plans or subscription fees via Shopify Billing.
  • Fees are charged automatically by Shopify and are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Digiware Solutions is not liable for:

  • Message delivery failures due to incorrect numbers, API limits, or third-party outages.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if merchants misuse the app, violate these terms, or engage in prohibited activities. Merchants may uninstall the app at any time via Shopify Admin.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Dallas County, Texas.
